Who We Are

Armory Consulting Co. has restructuring, financial, accounting, project management, and management consultants available to be deployed on restructuring, turnaround, or business advisory engagements. We represent a broad array of industries, from automotive to wholesale distribution, and each consultant has a minimum of 15 years of professional experience.

James Wong, Principal

James, the founder of Armory Consulting Co., has over 20 years of corporate restructuring and related advisory experience.

 

He was the interim CFO of Fruehauf Trailer Corporation and was the General Manager of Fruehauf de Mexico, running this truck-trailer manufacturer for three years. He was also a restructuring advisor for Comprehensive Care Corporation, a behavioral healthcare facility, for several years.

 

James's experience includes a variety of industries such as real estate, transportation, retail, restaurants, gaming, automotive, healthcare and not-for-profits. He has been retained as financial advisor for both debtors and creditors, as well as for expert witness assignments.

 

James began his career at Merrill Lynch, and was previously with KPMG and Grant Thornton's restructuring practices. He graduated from Stanford University with an M.S. in Business Management and from UCLA with a B.A., and is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor.
